Prize Money for MPOC2008

We are proposing the following for 2008...pls share your thoughts guys..
Div 1(Pro) : 1st Place - $3500 + Trophy and Medals
2nd Place - $2500 + Medals
3rd Place - $1500 + Medals
*Sponsorship packages will be offered to top three teams in 2009.
Div 2(Pro Am) : 1st Place - $3500 + Trophy and Medals
2nd Place - $2500 + Medals
3rd Place - $1500 + Medals
*Sponsorship packages will be offere to top 3 teams in 2009.
Div 3(Am Nov): 1st Place - $3000 + Trophy and Medals
2nd Place - $2000 + Medals
3rd Place - $1000 + Medals
*Sponsorship packages will be offered to top three teams in 2009.
For Div with less than 10 teams ..20% off prize money.
*Sponsorship Packages given out at the end of the year will be in tandem to division in which a team is registered in.They are either FOC or partial paying sponsorships.
*Free entry into WCA 2008 for the winner of each Div. will be for the Div. the team registered for in the MPOC.
Please feel free to discuss as we have yet to finalise and are open to thoughts by all....do be reasonable..TQ guys.
Registration will be at $400 for Div 1,$300 for Div 2 and $200 for Div 3.Paintball will be at $185 per box.The increase is neccessary to fund the increase in prizes..

Pot,
Sure in all RM punya...
But it's a good start...
- Big price money.
- Pallet price still consider cheap.
- Registration fee can say it's OK.

Make the prizes more attractive. Tie it up with some other attractive inducments from paintball friendly corporations and individuals. If possible, make the value of the prizes more than the cost of participation. It may be a tall order but nevertheless a thought.
Right now, in my humble opinion, the driving force behind Malaysian paintball is PASSION. Both players and operators. Doesn't hurt if that PASSION is further fuelled by attractive rewards.
Well paintballers, can it be done or it's just a dream of a retired paintballer?
