Chaired by Mr Laurent Hamet (UPBF & Millennium),  Mr Paul W Y Lam (PALS)

Leaders from all countries in the Asia and Asia Pacific region / zone are invited to attend (three (3) seats per country). We understand that in each country there may be more than one (1) leader and we encourage these leaders to attend.

The signing ceremony shall take place on the Opening Night of the WCA 2006 and shall be witnessed by both Millennium & PSP representatives. VIPs from the Ministry of Youth & Sports (Malaysia) and the Olympic Council of Malaysia shall also be witnesses to the historic occasion.

Venue:PJ Hilton.

Representatives from Thailand,Taiwan,India,Phillipines,Guam,Japan,Singapore,Iran,Australia,New Zealand,Brunei and Korea will be invited to attend the conference to be part of the interim committee that would be formed.

Members from the paintball industry,ministries and media will also be invited to witness the occassion.
