Please be informed that after this 3rd Leg the team roster will locked for the whole season.

So choose your lineup wisely and properly.

Your roster may have 8 permanent player and 2 guest player for the whole season.

Please be informed that by noon 21st June 2007. Team that did not submit their complete Registration form, Player Info form + picture (for new player only), Waiver form and the Season Roster form is not entitled for the 2007 season ranking.

Dear MPOC teams.

MPOC teams playing in the Independence Cup are bounded to the locked roster from 3rd leg of MPOC.

All teams are allowed to have only 2 guest players in their roster. If fail to do so, your team will not entitled for the MPOC points and overall ranking.

If you face serious difficulties or unsure of the above, please call any of the PALS Committee for clarification.
